If you're aged 16 plus and interested in starting a career with the Council, perhaps looking for your first job after leaving school or college. You will combine work with studying, working towards achieving nationally recognised qualifications while gaining valuable skills and practical experience. Fixed term for 21 months, 37 hours per week
Apprenticeships are available to anyone over the age of 16, not in full-time education and living in England. £10.99 per hour, paid monthly
If you hold a degree you will be eligible for an apprenticeship at any level, however the apprenticeship must provide you with substantive new skills, you must be able to evidence that the content of the training is materially different from any prior qualification or apprenticeship
As a team member, you will work under the instruction/guidance of the team supervisor to undertake work.
You will be studying for Level 3 Procurement and Supply Assistant Apprenticeship Qualification.
The apprenticeship content will be tailored to suit the tasks you will be doing in your day to day work and you will receive support and guidance in building a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate your competence in the workplace.
This apprenticeship is designed to meet the needs of candidates wishing to pursue a career in procurement, supply, and administrative support.
