An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of "On Site Technical Services Engineer", with majority focus on serving education clients in Staffordshire. This role is integral to our commitment to providing exceptional IT services and ensuring the smooth operation of technology within the supported academic environments. Key Responsibilities: • Provide on-site technical support to educational institutions, addressing hardware and software issues promptly meeting SLA requirements. • Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment, including computers, mobile devices, and networking devices. • Implement and support educational software applications and ensure their seamless integration with existing systems. • Conduct routine checks and audits of IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security. • Collaborate with educators and administrative staff to understand their IT needs and provide tailored support.
