We are looking for a dedicated Additional Support for Learning (Complex Needs Provision) Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will help shape positive outcomes for pupils with significant and complex learning needs by promoting attainment, achievement, and equality of opportunity. You’ll work collaboratively to remove barriers to learning and foster an inclusive environment across our schools.
Job Role
1. Work collaboratively with support staff and multi-disciplinary teams to create a nurturing learning environment.
2. Build and foster strong relationships with pupils to support their learning development, well-being, independence and confidence.
3. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with multi-disciplinary teams, including specialists and dedicated support staff.
4. Promote positive outcomes and wider achievement, ensuring every pupil reaches their full potential.
