About the Role The Service Advisor position plays a key part in ensuring our customers have a positive and stress‑free experience. You’ll act as the link between our customers and our workshop teams, supporting each person with clarity, empathy, and consistency. Key responsibilities include: Setting clear expectations and guiding customers through each stage of their vehicle’s service or repair Keeping customers updated regularly, using communication methods that work best for them Highlighting relevant products or services that may support the customer’s needs Following up after work is completed to ensure customers feel satisfied and informed About You We are looking for someone who has previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
