Key Responsibilities
1. Handling acquisitions and disposals of companies and their assets

3. Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and commercial contracts

Candidate Profile
* Experienced lawyer with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and collaborative skills
* Interest or experience in commercial contracts is advantageous
