We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Estates Manager with significant Hard FM expertise to join our team based at Louth County Hospital. This is a key leadership role for an experienced professional who can deliver high-quality estates and facilities management in a complex, multi-site environment, supporting an expert client and ensuring compliance across all aspects of the built environment.
Louth County Hospital is a vibrant community hospital offering inpatient services and theatres, complemented by two satellite health centres. The estate includes listed buildings and multi-occupied sites, requiring a proactive approach to Hard FM compliance, maintenance, and operational excellence.
You will lead one Estates Coordinator and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations, always putting the customer at the heart of what we do.

What you will bring to the role:
* Proven experience in Hard FM and estates management within complex environments.
* Expert understanding of statutory compliance and building safety, particularly across multi-use sites.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Background in Facilities Management or related industry.
* Ability to lead operational teams and manage external contractors effectively

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of Hard FM services, including planned and reactive maintenance, capital projects, and service contracts.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Engage with stakeholders across a multi-occupied estate to deliver responsive and effective FM services.
* Provide input into estates planning and strategic initiatives.
