Admin Assistant
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description / Skills:
We are looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
· All purchasing, raising orders with suppliers and order tracking
· Booking packages in with courier as instructed by the Logistics Department
· Raising customs invoices for despatch
· Liaising with courier for potential problems with customs
· Raising & preparing earpiece orders
· Managing company pool cars and company vehicles (ensuring relevant checks are completed etc.)
· Ensuring Alarm, CCTV, fire extinguishers, lift, and other building facilities, are serviced when required
· Answering phones
· Responsible for covering other staff members during absences
· Support with other tasks in the office such as filing and general admin tasks
· Carry out occasional out of role tasks as instructed by the management team
Essential Skills:
· Highly accurate with their work
· Hardworking and a good team player
· Well organised and process driven
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Desired Skills:
· Customs experience preferred
