Role Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio including SMEs, partnerships, and sole traders
* Review year-end statutory accounts for Partner sign-off
* Review corporation tax computations and VAT returns under all VAT schemes
* Oversee monthly and quarterly management accounts prepared by the team
* Lead client onboarding and manage ongoing relationships with professionalism and care
* Provide expert guidance to clients on technical and compliance matters
* Train, mentor, and help manage the workflow of junior team members
* Support Partners with ad-hoc assignments and internal projects
* Deliver consistently high levels of client service and communication

Candidate Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified with 2-3 years post-qualification experience
* Minimum 3-4 years’ practice experience in audit and accounts
* In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102
* Experience using CCH, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, and Alphatax (training available if needed)
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and manage client relationships
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
* A team player who is self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven
