Working Hours: 1.30pm – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday during term time; rota basis (26.25 hours) during holiday periods
Eligibility: ESMS is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. International applicants will therefore be unable to apply for and secure a Skilled Worker visa. The successful candidate will only be able to take up this role if they can demonstrate an alternative right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
* Lead an effective and motivated team to deliver high quality out of school care that meets the needs of the children and their families.
* Provide daily support to the Practitioner and evaluate the provision on a weekly basis.
* Ensure a consistent approach across the provision and support children and staff on the floor, including being included in staff ratios.
* Work on a term-time basis with hours between 1.30pm and 6.00pm, and on a rota basis during holiday periods.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience working with children.
* Recognised childcare qualification.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well within a team.
