Cover Supervisor – Dudley

Salary: £90 to £115 per day

We’re looking for confident, adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Dudley. You’ll be keeping lessons on track, supporting students with their learning, and making sure the school day runs smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
1. Leading pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
2. Helping students stay focused and engaged
3. Managing behaviour positively and consistently
4. Working with supportive staff who’ll help you settle in each day
5. Bringing energy and confidence to every classroom you step into
What you need
6. Experience working with young people, either in schools or youth settings
7. Strong communication skills and a calm, steady approach
8. Confidence managing a classroom, even when things get lively
9. A genuine interest in helping students learn and succeed
