Tenant Liaison Officer ?? Temporary | 35 hrs | Hybrid Working Are you a people-focused, organised communicator who wants to make a real difference to tenants across the Highlands? We're looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to support improvement works in council homes and help ensure tenants feel informed, supported, and heard throughout the process.
Be the key link between tenants, contractors & Housing teams ? Co-ordinate access, surveys & care-related arrangements ? Gather feedback & help drive service quality ? Keep systems and project information up to date ?? Confidence with data, reports & spreadsheets ? Experience in housing or a similar service ? Full driving licence & access to transport (Essential) What we are offering: ?Shifts are Monday to Friday so you will have your weekends free.
