What the Job Involves The role involves coordinating and delivering multi-agency interventions designed to support families through a whole-family Early Help Assessment and action planning approach. You'll work directly with families to prevent escalation to higher-cost, crisis intervention services. This includes organizing Team Around the Family Meetings, completing Early Help Assessments, developing SMART plans, and conducting home visits and direct work with children and young people. Skills Excellent safeguarding experience Ability to complete Early Help Assessments Organize Team Around the Family Meetings Develop and review SMART plans Work effectively within timescales Conduct home visits Engage in direct work with children and young people Strong written and verbal communication skills
