Japanese speaking International Moving & Commercial Freight Operations - What You'll be Doing:
* International Household Moving Services
o Coordinate and manage household relocations for individuals and families moving overseas or returning to Japan.
o Communicate with clients (mostly Japanese-speaking) to understand their needs and provide support throughout the moving process.
o Prepare shipping documents, arrange packing/unpacking services, and coordinate with overseas agents and logistics partners.
o Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping requirements in both the UK and destination countries.
* Import/Export of Commercial Freight
o Handle commercial cargo shipments for corporate clients, including export and import processes.
o Prepare necessary documentation such as invoices, packing lists, customs forms, and shipping labels.
o Liaise with freight forwarders, airlines, customs brokers, and warehouses.
o Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients.
* General Support Duties
o Data entry, inventory control, and file management.
o Occasional on-site work at warehouses or customer locations.
o Occasional travel to the Newcastle area or other regions in Northern UK (business trip-based, subject to discussion).
Japanese speaking International Moving & Commercial Freight Operations - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Japanese to mother tongue standard
* B-B, client relation experience
* Nice to have UK driving licence
* Preferred to have import/ export background but not mandatory
