Position: Customer Transaction Support

Location: Park Gate Head Office

Salary: £24,000 plus commission (OTE £30,000)

Work Pattern: 5-Day Working Week with 1 weekend off per calendar month

* Sustainable Growth & Responsibility – Building for the Long Term

As a Customer Transaction Support, you play a crucial role as the initial contact for customer enquiries, Providing a professional and friendly service while ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for managing inbound telephone inquiries, qualifying leads and generating appointments for all our sales teams in Carsa dealerships around the UK. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in referring customers to our Central Sales team for further support and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing clear and concise feedback to customers and internal teams.
* Working with team leaders on self-development and continuous improvement.
* To handle inbound telephone calls efficiently and professionally.
* Generate appointments for our sales team at Carsa dealerships.
* Create qualified referrals to our Central Sales teams.
* To adhere to a professional standard at all times, upholding the company's values and standards.
* Take responsibility for achieving individual targets.
* Working to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
* To update the company's chosen CRM platform daily and as directed to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
* Adhere to all company policies and industry compliance regulations, ensuring ethical and legal sales practices at all times.
* Maintain professional and accurate documentation of records for audit and compliance purpose.
* Attend daily sales review meetings or standups as per the working hours rota to track performance and align with company goals.
* To provide feedback and insights on customer preferences, market trends and potential opportunities to senior management.

What We Are Looking For:

* Previous Experience: Preferred experience in a similar role, showcasing your ability to navigate customer enquiries effectively.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
* A results-driven attitude with the motivation to exceed targets.
* Ability to Work Under Pressure: Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring effective handling of customer inquiries even under pressure.
* Organised with Excellent Communication Skills: Strong organisational skills combined with clear and effective communication abilities
* Strong Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
