Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent and Leadership Partner to join our client's team on a 12-month maternity cover basis. This role is pivotal in supporting Head Office and regional teams by providing strategic guidance and development support to early talent programmes and high-potential talent. You will coach and challenge senior stakeholders, drive program management, and champion talent management processes across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a strategic partner to five key business functions, focusing on talent development and leadership initiatives.
2. Manage and support corporate graduate schemes, including HR and finance graduates, overseeing approximately 40-50 individuals at any given time.
