* Meeting and exceeding lettings targets
* Using local market knowledge to drive success

* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Proven ability to generate and win new business
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude with a strong team-focused approach
* Knowledge of the Hemel Hempstead property market preferred
* Full UK driving licence required
* Professional appearance with a reliable and organised working style
