We’re looking for a motivated Sales Support Executive to join a thriving sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving sales, supporting innovative technology solutions, and helping the business grow across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do
1. Support inside sales activities
2. Assist with lead management, contacting customers via phone, email, and digital channels
3. Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring timely updates to leads, opportunities, and contacts
4. Prepare quotes, pro-forma invoices, contracts, and other sales documentation in line with company procedures
5. Research prospective clients and identify new business opportunities
6. Support sales campaigns, follow-up activity, webinars, workshops, and events
7. Monitor social media for sales leads
8. Generate CRM reports to track sales activity, renewals, and licensing statistics
9. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives
What We’re Looking For
10. Experience in customer-facing roles, sales support, or sales administration
11. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
12. Target-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
13. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
14. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
15. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
16. Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
