Role Purpose
The Marketing & Learning Coordinator will play a key role in bringing our brand and learning initiatives to life across the business. With a strong focus on creating polished, visually engaging presentations and materials this role blends creativity with organisation. You’ll collaborate with our external marketing agency, support international distributors and help design and deliver engaging learning content for our teams.
It’s a varied, hands‑on position ideal for someone early in their career who combines creativity with attention to detail and who enjoys transforming ideas and data into compelling, brand‑aligned presentations that inspire and inform.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Support
* Design and develop impactful PowerPoint presentations, templates and decks for campaigns, distributor meetings, product launches, training and sales reporting.
* Ensure all visual materials are on‑brand, clear and audience‑ready.
* Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
* Partner with external marketing agencies to deliver projects on time and to brand standards.
* Provide distributors with approved assets, presentations and product information to strengthen market impact.
* Maintain consistency in visual identity and messaging across channels.
* Coordinate UK and international events, ensuring seamless planning, set‑up and smooth delivery for all stakeholders.
* Track engagement or performance of marketing materials to inform future improvements.
Learning & Development Support
* Create and update training decks, e‑learning content and resource materials.
* Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to simplify complex information into engaging visuals.
* Support the delivery of training sessions, workshops and onboarding activities.
* Track attendance and feedback to improve future programmes.
* Assist with uploading and maintaining learning content within our LMS or shared learning platforms.
Coordination & Communication
* Act as a central contact between brand, agency, sales and distributor partners.
* Manage timelines, monitor progress and flag issues proactively.
* Maintain shared folders, asset libraries and templates to support smooth project delivery.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* Advanced PowerPoint skills: confident in designing, formatting and animating slides to tell a story with impact.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised, able to prioritise and juggle multiple projects.
* Confident working with external partners and cross‑functional teams.
* Exposure to creative tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
* Experience preparing visual content for marketing, training or events.
* Interest in learning and development or HR initiatives.
* Previous involvement with distributors, agencies or international projects.
* Passion for pets, wellness or health‑related industries.
