We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Neath Port Talbot to assist with the appointment of a Grass Cutter, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £12.85 - £16.62 per hour
Summary:
An opportunity has arisen for Grass Cutters / Grounds Operatives to support seasonal maintenance works on protected, traffic-managed sites across the high-speed road network.
You will undertake labouring duties, primarily focused on grass cutting, mowing, and weed spraying, helping to maintain safe and well-presented roadside environments.
Responsibilities:
* Grass cutting and mowing on roadside verges and designated areas
* Weed spraying and general vegetation control
* Undertake general labouring duties as required
* Work safely within protected, traffic-managed sites
* Follow all health & safety procedures and site instructions
Essential Requirements:
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Physically fit and capable of manual labour
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends if required
* Strong awareness of health & safety

* You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
