We are looking for a naturally commercial individual who is able to nurture positive
relationships through partnerships, marketing and exceptional customer care.
The Company: When The Adults Change
Working with When The Adults Change means joining a rapid growth business that is driven to make a difference. We are in a climate where many of the strategies used to manage the behaviour of children and young people come with an emotional cost. Whether it is shouting, shaming or isolating, tough love corrodes a child's self-esteem. We are on the cusp of revolutionising the way we manage behaviour so that it is not only more effective today but more sustainable for the emotional well-being of our population in the future. We have the ambition to transform the way adults teach children to behave in all settings and in the home.
Our team is aligned by Integrity and our Generosity. We are honest and open in the way we work. We put our hand up for a mistake and are never silent about success. We are generous to our clients, to each other, to ourselves. We are compassionate and go over and above to care for ourselves and those we work with.
