What will you be doing?
We’re excited to expand our Digital division with Apprentice Operation Delivery to join our Professional Development Programme for our 2026 intake, based in Hattersley in the Central Services Framework.
Working within the Digital team you will be an integral part of the delivery of many projects by providing assistance in the following:
1. Support the digital delivery team in updating and maintaining project models and field‑management systems.
2. Work with site engineers and supervisors to understand live site progress and record updates digitally.
3. Support the setup of digital tools for inspections, test records (ITRs), defect management, and handover
4. prepare and organise information required for asset handover to the client.
5. Communicate digital requirements clearly to subcontractors and support them in using digital field tools.
6. Participate in digital rehearsals, asset tagging processes, and data‑capture activities.
7. Shadow experienced team members to develop understanding of delivery, field management, and operational site
processes.
8. Support collaboration between design, engineering, and operational site teams by sharing accurate digital information.
9. Observe and follow SHEQ and project governance requirements in all digital and site‑based tasks.
