The Role As part of our engineering team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' technical teams. Your primary focus will be remote troubleshootingadvising customers over the phone to help resolve technical issues. This is a varied role, where youll provide support on our full range of traditional and automatic coffee machines, as well as our vending solutions. Our customers range from offices offering hot beverage services to staff, to cafés, hotels, pubs, and restaurantsso adaptability and technical know-how are essential. The Person Were looking for someone with hands-on experience in the coffee or vending machine industry.
