They build gamified training platforms, immersive digital experiences, and interactive content for global healthcare brands, transforming complex science into engaging, behaviour-shifting experiences.
We’re looking for someone who is already using — and eager to experiment with — the latest technology and creative tools in a fast-moving creative environment.
As Senior Digital Designer, you’ll concept and craft highly creative digital experiences that bring ideas to life through UX/UI layouts, style frames, storyboards, and polished visual execution.
You’ll help shape everything from campaign concepts to interactive learning modules and digital journeys that educate, inspire, and empower healthcare audiences.
Healthcare/digital learning is a bonus, but a genuine interest in conceptual, immersive digital work will go a long way. Motion design skills are a bonus too.
This role offers the opportunity to mentor and lead a small design team, with a clear progression path toward Creative Director.
What you’ll do
• Concept and design digital experiences, campaigns, and learning content
• Build UX/UI layouts, style frames, and storyboards in Figma
• Turn scientific and strategic insight into compelling visual storytelling
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and technical teams
• Present ideas clearly and bring clients along the creative journey
• Maintain high levels of craft from concept through execution
• Contribute to motion-enhanced content and interactive storytelling
About you
• 5+ years digital design experience (agency background ideal)
• Strong portfolio showing digital storytelling, UX layouts, and creative concepting
• Confident with Figma (does not need to be advanced)
• Motion graphics skills a plus (After Effects or similar)
• Interest in designing for learning, gaming mechanics and immersive storytelling
• Curious thinker who can simplify complex subjects into engaging creative
• Collaborative, hands-on, and detail-driven
Tools & workflow
• Figma for layout and collaborative design
• Adobe Creative Cloud for visual refinement and motion
• Supportive creative team and established design systems
