Our client, a prestigious and established care provider, is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager for a luxury nursing home in Oxford.
We are looking for a proactive, compassionate, and dynamic professional to lead resident engagement, community outreach, and business development. You’ll build trusted relationships with prospective residents, their families, and key community stakeholders—positioning the home as the leading choice for luxury care in Oxford.
This is a pivotal role focused on driving occupancy, growing community presence, and ensuring seamless resident onboarding.

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, DOE

OTE: Up to £84,600

Hours: 40 per week, across 5 days (flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities
*
Manage enquiries and coordinate a smooth, welcoming onboarding process for new residents
*
Support commercial goals, including occupancy targets, income generation, and strategic planning
*
Build partnerships with local healthcare providers, charities, and organisations to grow referrals
*
Promote the home’s brand through PR, media, events, and community engagement
*
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content that reflects the home’s values
*
Plan and deliver community events, open days, and networking opportunities
*
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the home at external events
Requirements
*
2–4 years’ experience in a similar role (healthcare, hospitality, or senior living preferred)
*
Proven business development and sales ability
*
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*
Event planning, marketing, and social media experience
*
Passionate, creative, and results-driven
*
Flexible, with availability for occasional weekends/evenings
