We’re looking for an experiencedmercial Maintenance Plumber to join our team, delivering high‑quality reactive property maintenance acrossmercial sites in the North Yorkshire and Malton region.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs, fault-finding, and maintenance tasks across variousmercial buildings. This is a mobile role, suited to someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responding to reactive maintenance tasks onmercial properties
2. Diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions
3. Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism
4. Ensuring work ispleted safely and in line withpliance requirements
Requirements
5. Minimum NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing
6. Experience inmercial property maintenance (preferred)
7. Full UK driving licence
8. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
9. Goodmunication and time‑management skills
