Technical Services Analyst
We are seeking a Technical Services Analyst to provide support as the first point of contact for customers reporting IT issues. You will deliver an exceptional standard of customer service by answering calls, responding to customer queries, and logging tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email, and our customer portal.
2. Log tickets accurately with detailed information in the ticket management system.
3. Carry out basic incident resolution (first time fixes) where possible.
4. Proactively address customer queries.
5. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold a high level of customer service at all times.
Skills & Experience:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Interest in Technology.
* Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
