Who We Are
Our client is a well‑established WA‑based building‑solutions company specialising in supplying and installing architectural and industrial louvres, solar‑shading systems, natural‑ventilation and facade solutions for commercial and industrial developments. From engineering and manufacturing through to installation and delivery — we provide end‑to‑end solutions for complex building‑systems projects.
Because they design, manufacture and deliver these technical building‑components themselves, every project involves coordination from planning, to scheduling, to installation, to completion. That’s where you come in.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead projects from initial contract through to final delivery — you’ll be the go‑to coordinator every step of the way.
* Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, installation, and external subcontractor teams to deliver quality facade, louvre, ventilation, or solar‑shading installations.
* Turn technical drawings and design specs into real‑world outcomes: manage drawings, scheduling, subcontractors, installation timetables, budgets and quality control.
* Identify and resolve issues proactively — ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
* Oversee efficient use of materials and resources — reduce waste, maximise value, maintain high standards of safety and workmanship.
* Keep clients and internal stakeholders up to date — clear communication, expectations management and collaboration.
Who We’re Looking For
* Someone organised, dependable and able to manage multiple moving parts under pressure.
* A confident communicator and problem solver — you explain clearly and act decisively.
* Tech‑savvy and comfortable using project‑management tools, scheduling software, drawings/blueprints and documentation.
* Proactive, energetic and driven — you take ownership of a project like it’s your own business.
* A good head for numbers, planning and design — any background in engineering, construction, fabrication or similar is a definite plus.
* Prior project management or site coordination experience is highly regarded, but we value attitude and potential too.
