About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years' pqe of relevant experience to join our well-established and highly respected team who are accredited resolution specialists, and collaborative lawyers.
Whilst the position is based in our Bishop's Stortford office you will need to have a regular presence in the London office.
You will manage a varied caseload of complex family law matters including divorce and separation, financial settlements, non-married matters including pre and post nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements, complex living arrangements including international jurisdiction matters.
You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members, contributing to business development, and maintaining strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge and experience handling high-net worth and complex cases, have excellent communication and client care skills. You will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team and have a proactive approach to networking and business development.

Required Skills
* A minimum of 8 year's pqe.
* To have experience of general family work.
* Ability to draft and review legal documents which accurately reflect the client's instructions.
