Social Network and CRM & Social Media Manager
Luxury tour operator based in central London is seeking a CRM and Social Media Manager. The role can be office-based, hybrid, or home-based. Candidates must have experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, ideally for a luxury company. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the company's email marketing program and social media activities.
2. Report directly to the Head of Marketing in a standalone position.
3. Develop and define the organic social media content strategy.
4. Monitor and report on KPIs.
Required Skills
1. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel sector, preferably luxury travel.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
3. Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
