Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Brighton & Hove Flexible Ad Hoc and Supply Work Immediate and Ongoing Opportunities
Academics is currently recruiting qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to support a variety of nursery settings across Brighton & Hove on a flexible supply basis.
If you are passionate about early years education and enjoy working in different environments, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across a range of nurseries while maintaining flexibility around your existing commitments. We can offer work to suit your availability, whether you're looking for occasional shifts or more regular placements.
The Role
* Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children within nursery settings.
* Support children's development through play-based learning and structured activities.
* Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
* Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding requirements.
* Work collaboratively with nursery teams to ensure the best outcomes for children.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
Requirements
* CACHE Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or an equivalent full and relevant Level 3 qualification).
* Previous experience working within an early years or nursery setting.
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach to work.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
