As a senior member of their team, you'll be responsible for managing commercial sprinkler contracts from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage 1 - 2 commercial sprinkler contracts across London. Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure successful delivery. Be an exceptional relationship builder with clients. Ensure all works comply with British Standards (BS EN 12845), LPCB, and industry regulations. Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle. MUST Have's To Be Considered Proven experience in managing commercial fire sprinkler contracts in the UK. Strong knowledge of BS EN 12845, LPCB, and other relevant regulations. Exceptional project management, budgeting, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and site teams. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
