Teaching Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a number of large, well-established Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) across the Lincoln area. These trusts are home to inclusive, forward-thinking primary schools with strong leadership teams, excellent behaviour policies, and a genuine commitment to staff development and wellbeing.
We are currently recruiting Primary Teachers to work across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting schools with day-to-day supply, short-term cover and long-term roles. There are immediate starts available, as well as flexible start dates for teachers seeking roles later in the term or academic year.
For candidates with an interest or background in Special Educational Needs (SEN), there are opportunities to work within SEN provisions or in mainstream classrooms supporting pupils with additional needs. These roles are ideal for teachers who are passionate about inclusive education and making a real difference to pupils’ learning and development.

The ideal candidate will:
* Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Have a good understanding of the primary curriculum
* Be confident in creating engaging, inclusive and well-structured lessons
* Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
