Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Contracts Manager at Litten Group. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and implementation. The Contract Manager will also be responsible for monitoring contract performance, ensuring compliance, and resolving any contract-related issues. The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling of all works & delivery. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.
This role offers a route to directorship and potential buy-in.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in contract management
* Able to bring in new work both from existing contacts and through winning new tenders
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience in the building / property / construction / maintenance industry
* Professional certifications in contract management are a plus
