Overview
We’re on the lookout for a confident and enthusiastic Senior Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our friendly team in Leicester. This is a hybrid role where you’ll manage inbound enquiries, solve problems, and drive sales through excellent service and proactive outreach.
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, confidence, energy, and a genuine desire to help people are essential. You’ll also play an active role in generating new business by calling data sets and following up with potential leads.

Qualifications
* Senior Customer Service & Sales experience or equivalent
* Confident, energetic, and people-focused with a genuine desire to help
* Ability to work in a hybrid role and in a fast-paced environment
* Location: Leicester, England, United Kingdom
