You will join our amazing team at our residential service in Deeping St James, which has been rated Good by CQC. We support 5 adults with dual sensory complex needs, including physical disabilities and challenging behaviour.
This is a permanent role, working 20.5 hours per week. We offer £11.75 per hour, with enhanced rates for nights and overtime, along with annual pay reviews.
The shifts are varied and generally include a mixture of 7am-4.30/5pm, 3.30/4.30pm-10pm on weekdays, and 7am-2.30pm, 2.30pm-10pm on weekends. You will be expected to work every other weekend. Flexibility is essential to support the valuable service we provide.
Our location is in Deeping St James, near Market Deeping (5 minutes away) and Peterborough City Centre (20 minutes away).
Note: If you live outside of Deeping St James, you will need your own vehicle to get to and from the service for early/late shifts due to limited public transport.

Note: The role may include regular sleep-in shifts paid at £50 per night, which involve sleeping over at the residence with potential night-time care duties.
