About the Role As an Administration and Data Worker with Aquarius Young Peoples Team Bedfordshire, youll play a key role in keeping our service running smoothly and effectively. Based in Bedford, youll provide essential administrative, data, and communication support to help deliver high-quality services to young people and their families affected by alcohol and drug use. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. From coordinating appointments and booking venues to supporting marketing activity and maintaining accurate records, youll be at the heart of the teamensuring both colleagues and clients have a seamless and positive experience. Key Duties Provide comprehensive administrative support to the service Accurately input, maintain, and report on service data Book appointments, training sessions, and venues Support the coordination of service delivery and client engagement Assist with marketing, communications, and promotional activity Manage emails, diaries, and electronic filing systems Respond to enquiries from clients and stakeholders via phone and face-to-face Ensure all records are up to date and compliant with organisational standards Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth day-to-day running of the service About You Youre an organised and proactive individual with strong administrative and data skills. Youre confident working in a busy environment, able to manage multiple tasks, and always maintain attention to detail. You will bring: Experience in an administrative role, ideally involving data entry and reporting Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic communication systems Confidence working with people from a wide range of backgrounds Excellent organisational and time management skills A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills, both written and verbal GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C or above A minimum of two years free from alcohol or substance misuse What We Offer We value the people who make a difference every day.
