What you will do
As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills, and more. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions. You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care, a valid Pin number, and you will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC. You will mentor and share your knowledge with colleagues, provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, and model professional behaviours, with a focus on effective communication both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities
* Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for residents and their families.
* Attend safeguarding training and undertake additional training in related areas; recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond.
* Support residents’ life choices in a respectful, professional manner; communicate effectively.
* Mentor colleagues and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
* Work in a nurse-led environment focusing on clinical excellence and compassionate care.
