Your new role As the Facilities Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Chichester office. This is a varied and hands‑on role that supports teams across the business and keeps daily operations moving efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Document Services & Office Support Managing incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries. Coordinating scanning, printing, copying, and finishing requests. Troubleshooting basic printer/MFD issues and supporting digital ways of working. Stationery & Office Service Centre Management Replenishing stationery, copy paper, and maintaining tidy print areas. Ensuring all print devices are stocked and ready for use. Meeting Room & Reception Support Assisting with meeting room bookings and setup. Providing support to the reception team and ensuring client‑facing spaces are presentable. Porterage & Facilities Support Moving furniture and adjusting room layouts as needed. Supporting office moves and changes. Upholding Health & Safety standards and ensuring equipment is safe and fit for purpose. What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this position, you’ll bring: Previous experience in a facilities, office coordination, post room, or similar operational support role. A proactive, self motivated approach with a strong “can do” attitude. The ability to follow processes, prioritise effectively, and manage competing deadlines. Strong teamwork skills with a flexible and responsive mindset. Confidence in customer facing interactions and supporting internal teams. Reliability, good time management, and a willingness to help wherever needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands on, organised, and involved in a wide variety of tasks across the office.
