The Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing complex patient cases, developing clinical protocols, and leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care. You will also play a strategic role in fostering continuous improvement initiatives and advancing family medicine practices within the facility. Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized family medicine consultations and manage complex clinical cases. Lead, mentor, and support healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure best practices. Develop and implement clinical guidelines, protocols, and quality improvement measures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. Participate in clinical research, training, and development activities. Requirements Medical degree with board certification in Family Medicine. Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in family medicine, preferably in a leading healthcare facility.
