What's the job?


Role

Your role as a Sales Lead is to support the Sales Team Manager to create a truly inclusive high performing team across Showroom and Tradepoint. It’s B&Q’s ambition to make every customer count, so you will support the day‑to‑day activities that will enable the team to exceed sales targets through ensuring a fantastic end to end customer experience. In this role you will:

* Support the day‑to‑day activities that will enable the team to exceed sales targets.
* Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to ‘make every customer count’ throughout your shift.
* Be the first point of contact for customers and colleague escalations in Showrooms + TradePoint.
* Support the Sales Team Manager with collation of analytical data to make informed decisions.


What We Need

* Role model customer service and enjoy customer interactions.
* Comfortable with IT systems and applications.
* Like to analyse data and can see the important information to communicate.
* Love to problem solve, the trickier the better.
* Well planned and organised, with the ability to prioritise and think on your feet.
