Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Bath involves managing ReMind UKs Post-diagnosis Support Programme. The Programme Manager will coordinate support services for individuals recently diagnosed with dementia, and their families, ensuring tailored approaches to meet diverse needs. Responsibilities include overseeing service delivery, managing community partnerships, developing support materials, and supervising a team of support professionals. This role also involves monitoring programme effectiveness and reporting key outcomes to stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and project management skills, including staff management and programme coordination.
* Experience in community outreach, partnership management, and stakeholder relations.
* Strong communication skills, including writing and interpersonal engagement.
* Familiarity with dementia-related services or healthcare support programmes is highly desirable.
* Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals living with dementia.
