We’re looking for an energetic team member who’s passionate about supporting customers through their home-buying journey - whether online or over the phone - and helping them take the next step towards finding H.O.M.E.
As a Lead Generation Expert, you’ll be on the front line of growing Habito’s pipeline across mortgages, protection, and Habito Plus. Through proactive outreach and nurturing conversations, you’ll engage potential mortgage customers to get them ready for advice, while ensuring protection opportunities are efficiently progressed and more customers take advantage of Habito Plus. This is a commercial, target-driven role where your impact will directly fuel Habito’s growth while ensuring every customer has a seamless, five-star experience.

* Build and convert a strong pipeline of leads across mortgages, protection, and Habito Plus.
* Be the trusted first point of contact for customers, creating confidence in Habito from the very start of their journey.
* Ensure customers move smoothly to the right experts at the right time, while always delivering a best-in-class experience.
* Balance customer empathy with commercial drive, hitting targets while keeping customers fully informed and supported.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively contact and qualify leads from the existing database, new partnerships, and live applications.
* For mortgages: nurture and progress customers to the ‘ready for advice’ stage.
* For protection: handle warm handovers from Mortgage Experts and live applications, ensuring seamless progression to Protection Experts.
* For Habito Plus: educate customers on the service and increase attachment rates.
* Manage a high volume of leads efficiently - prioritising, diarising, and following up at the right time.
* Maintain accurate records of leads and conversion performance.
* Collaborate with Mortgage Experts, Protection Experts, and Ops colleagues to maximise conversion outcomes.

* Experienced in lead generation, outbound sales, or a similar commercial role.
* Results-focused with a proven track record in achieving conversion goals.
* Comfortable working across multiple lead streams and managing competing priorities.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage a large volume of opportunities.
* Motivated by both personal and team success.
* Excited to help disrupt the mortgage industry and play a key role in Habito’s growth.
