We’re looking for a creative, organised and enterprising Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the marketing function and help shape the brand from the inside out. This standalone role is ideal for someone who loves variety, thrives in a friendly, on‑site environment, and enjoys managing everything from strategy to content creation. Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday Fully on‑site role (Corby) Free parking, Pension scheme, On‑site gym 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays Duties and responsibilities Leading all marketing activity from planning through to delivery Creating engaging content for internal and external audiences Managing social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram Updating and improving company websites, including e‑commerce pages, and driving SEO performance Producing blogs, news stories, PR pieces and award submissions Managing brand guidelines, visual identity and all creative output Planning and scheduling social calendars, key dates, campaigns and company milestones Designing sales documents, newsletters, email campaigns and other promotional materials Producing photography, video content and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Planning and implementing lead generation campaigns Monitoring analytics, preparing reports and evaluating marketing effectiveness Regularly visiting sites/depots to gather content, stories and imagery Communicating marketing updates across the business and supporting colleagues with materials Managing the allocated marketing budget and reporting on spend Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve systems Working proactively and independently, ensuring activity is delivered without reminders Skills and experience required Proven standalone Marketing Manager or Marketing Lead experience B2B experience desirable Strong social media management across multiple platforms Confident using WordPress, including SEO tools Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Experience with Canva, Hootsuite (or similar), email marketing and CRM tools Photography and video editing experience (Premiere, CapCut or equivalent) Strong copywriting and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent time management Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics Confident engaging with colleagues at all levels Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
