TheSenior Support worker Role:
Asa Senior Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in the wellbeing, safety, anddaily lives of the people we support. Leading by example, ensuring exceptionalcare, and supporting both staff and individuals to thrive.
YouWill:
* Support individuals in achieving their goals and living asindependently as possible
* Assist with audits, checks and controls
* Lead by example and guiding Support Workers in best practice
* Encourage and implementing new ideas to enhance service delivery
* Promote dignity, respect, and emotional understanding in everyinteraction
Aboutyou:
We’relooking for someone who listens deeply, understands emotions, and genuinelycares about making a positive difference.
* Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/orcomplex needs
* Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or currently workingtowards it)
* A natural leader who can motivate and support a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
