Key Purpose
To support the management and delivery of high-value strategic contracts and help embed a consistent, commercial, council-wide approach to contract and supplier performance management.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure value for money and compliance with contract requirements.
* Maintain and manage contract data, documentation, and payment processes.
* Identify and support resolution of contract performance issues and breaches.
* Support implementation of systems and improvements to contract management processes.
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience supporting contract management or similar commercial activity.
* Ability to work with data, systems, and documentation.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage a varied workload.
