The role
Lead, coach and develop a small marketing team.
Own the commercial foundations of the marketing strategy, ensuring activity is aligned with wider business objectives.
Define the brand's identity, positioning and long-term direction, and oversee initiatives that bring this to life across all channels including website, email, social and PR.
Work with colleagues across the business to align marketing activity across all product areas.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns that enhance visibility, support sales activity and strengthen brand reputation.
Required skills and experience
Significant experience operating at senior leadership level within Marketing.
A strong background across brand strategy, digital marketing, PR and multi-channel marketing.
The energy and ambition to shape and deliver a marketing strategy spanning both online and offline channels and able to demonstrate ROI.
A hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to work closely with the team day-to-day.
Creative mindset and passion for content and story-telling to bring brands to life.
