Through providing a first‑class customer service in your quality communication, key support and advice, we will ensure all interested parties receive the best possible experience.</p><p>This is an office-based position.</p><h3>What youll get in return</h3><ul><li>Performance related annual bonus</li><li>Option to buy and sell holidays, plus long service days</li><li>Health and wellbeing suite via Perkbox</li><li>Progression and development opportunities</li></ul><h3>Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Screen and interview potential Publicans to assess suitability.</li><li>Match candidates to pub opportunities based on motivations, profiles, and pub‑specific requirements.</li><li>Own pub vacancies across the aligned region and manage the recruitment pipeline.</li><li>Proactively build and nurture talent pools through database reviews and networking.</li></ul><h3>Recruitment Process & Systems</h3><ul><li>Maintain accurate candidate records in Punch Lead Management.</li><li>Securely manage personal and financial documentation, seeking process improvements.</li></ul><h3>Stakeholder Engagement & Communication</h3><ul><li>Manage expectations and ensure transparency throughout the recruitment and lettings journey.</li><li>Communicate Punchs offer effectively and manage attraction budgets to support recruitment marketing.</li></ul><h3>Candidate Experience & Support</h3><ul><li>Provide guidance and industry insights to applicants.</li><li>Ensure a first‑class experience from enquiry to offer stage.</li><li>Work closely with colleagues, Ops teams, and other departments to improve recruitment outcomes.</li><li>Attend regional meetings and lettings calls to share insights and drive initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Planning & Strategic Input</h3><ul><li>Plan recruitment activity 6‑12 months ahead in line with operational goals.</li><li>Provide data and insights to support decision‑making and optimise the lettings process.</li></ul><h3>Compliance & Standards</h3><ul><li>Monitor and report non‑compliance, ensuring high standards are maintained.</li><li>Challenge processes where needed to ensure only the best candidates are progressed.</li></ul><h3>Events & Engagement</h3><ul><li>Support and attend recruitment events and interview days.</li><li>Conduct quarterly site visits to better understand pub needs.</li></ul><h3>Professional Development & Conduct</h3><ul><li>Seek personal development opportunities and maintain professional standards in all activities.</li></ul><h3>Key stakeholders</h3><ul><li>Head of Publican & MP Recruitment</li><li>Publican Recruitment Advisors</li><li>Immediate and wider recruitment team members</li><li>Operations Managers</li><li>Operations Directors and Heads of Operations</li><li>External suppliers / contractors</li><li>Legal and Estates Managers</li><li>Other Punch service teams</li></ul><h3>Person Specification - Technical Competencies/Professional expertise</h3><ul><li>Experience within recruitment/talent acquisitions or sales role (hospitality sector desirable)</li><li>Knowledge of different direct‑sourcing methods using a CRM system</li><li>Ability to communicate and manage expectations at all levels of the business i.e. Operations Directors and Operations Managers</li><li>Managing stakeholders expectations and positively feeding back</li><li>Planning and organising - capable of planning and managing time with stretching deadlines and manages own workload effectively</li><li>Teamwork - willing to always support and encourage other colleagues</li><li>Customer Focus - deliver epic hospitality through a first‑class customer service</li><li>Flexibility - is receptive and positive towards change and adapts approach as required</li><li>Understanding of Hospitality / Retail industry is also desirable but by no means essential</li><li>Experience of working in a fast‑paced environment</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and workflow processes</li><li>Great communication (both verbal and written) and relationship building skills</li></ul></div>
