Job Title: Research Integrity Content Coordinator

About the Role: Spring Nature works with external academic editors to run our journals, peer reviewers and authors. Research integrity is a key topic for everyone involved in scholarly research. The Research Integrity Content Coordinator maintains, supports and expands content shared through free online training resources for our Editors, Reviewers and Authors. This role will be in our Dordrecht or London offices on a hybrid working model.
Role Responsibilities
* Reviewing existing research integrity courses, identifying where improvement is needed for content, policy, accessibility, and DEI issues and updating using e-learning authoring tools (primarily Articulate 360 software)
* Supporting the training manager to review, feedback and input into new courses and training resources
* Uploading revised and newly created courses to LMS systems, testing, and releasing, including liaison with other teams
* Updating website via CMS for resource-related content, and other changes as needed
* Increasing the visibility of training content by raising awareness with internal and external stakeholders
* Preparing monthly analytics reports of take-up of the various online resources
* Collaborating with team members and other stakeholders in the organization to develop resources useful in preventing research integrity breaches
* Working closely with the Marketing and Editorial Engagement teams to ensure research integrity content is included and celebrated in Springer Nature campaigns, events and wider projects
* Liaising with technical teams regarding support and development issues
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience
* Familiarity with e-learning tools (primarily Articulate 360 software) and content management systems
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities, with the ability to identify complex problems, review related information to develop and explore solutions
* Solid organisation and prioritisation skills, able to multi-task
* Ability to travel
