Join Our Brewing Team as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

What You'll Do:
1. Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance processes, including reporting on completion and performance.
2. Review work orders for completeness, quality, and resource needs.
3. Assist technicians during downtime events and machine overhauls.
4. Order parts needed for work orders from the storeroom.
5. Maintain strong relationships with outside vendors.
6. Stage parts for upcoming work in the shop.
7. Manage the staged parts area in the shop.
8. Update work order statuses in the maintenance software.
9. Order specialty, non-stocked parts as needed.
10. Develop SOPs for maintenance activities.
11. Guide employees in creating work orders in the CMMS system.
What You'll Bring:
* High School diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
* 2-5 years of high-speed manufacturing experience; beverage or packaging experience preferred.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and utilize MS Office tools effectively.
* Ability to interpret schematics and repair various control systems.
* Forklift experience is a plus.
* Strong ownership and commitment to delivering results.
* Flexibility to work across shifts and build team relationships.
