This role plays acrucial part in supporting our Pharmacist Manager and ensuring thesmooth operation of our pharmacies.
Your Role asa Pharmacy Administration Manager
In thispivotal role your main responsibilities willinclude:
* Overseeing daytodayadministrative operations within the pharmacy.
* Ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and companypolicies.
* Developing and maintaining effectiveorganisational systems.
* Managing prescriptionprocessing and ensuring the accurate dispensing ofmedication.
* Coordinating with healthcareprofessionals to facilitate optimal customer service.
* Assisting in the training and development of pharmacystaff.
* Playing a key role in inventorymanagement including stock rotation and monitoring expirydates.
* Maintaining a clean orderly andcompliant working environment.
WhoAre We Looking For
To be successful in this roleyou should have:
* An NVQ Level 2 inPharmacy Services or relevant experience in pharmacy or healthcareadministration.
* Strong organisational andleadership skills.
* Excellent communicationabilities and a customerfocused approach.
* Proficiency in basic IT systems and a willingness tolearn specific pharmacy software.
* The abilityto work under pressure and as part of a dynamicteam.
While previous experience in aPharmacy Administration role is desirable we are also open tocandidates demonstrating a strong administrative background and akeen interest in the pharmaceutical sector. Training and supportwill be provided to ensure you succeed in yourrole.
Working Hours &Benefits:
This role offers the following fixedworking hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm with anoccasionalSaturday shift. Please ensure you are able to commit tothese hours before applying.
